# Leadership

The **Leadership** aspect evaluates how the entity integrates sustainability into its overall business strategy. The purpose of this section is to (1) identify public sustainability commitments made by the entity, (2 & 3) assess the establishment of sustainability objectives and the actions taken to achieve them, (4) identify who is responsible for sustainability and climate-related decision-making, and (5) evaluate the presence of sustainability performance targets for personnel to ensure accountability in sustainability efforts.
