The focus is on understanding whether the lender offers loans aimed at positive environmental impact and what qualifying criteria apply. Participants should select the criteria the borrower must either achieve or already possess to qualify.

For certification labels and levels participants must explain which certification schemes and levels are used.
For threshold/improvement minimum participants must explain what quantitative targets/metrics are used.

1. Provide an explanation who can apply for these loans and any eligibility criteria;
2. Describe any additional checks performed during due diligence process.

#### Terminology
**Energy efficiency**
> Refers to the works resulting in products or systems using less energy to provide the same consumer benefit.
**Energy Rating**
> A scheme that measures the energy efficiency performance of buildings.
**Green building certificate**
> Recognition that a project has received a green building rating. A certificate indicates the name and location of the project, version of the rating system, date of certification, and level of recognition.
**On-site renewable energy**
> Any source of energy produced at the site that can be used without depleting reserves, including energy from the sun, wind, water and the earth’s core. Technologies should be available onsite, such as photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, transpired solar collectors, solar hot water heaters, small-scale hydroelectric power plants, ground pump heating systems, etc.
**Water efficiency**
> Refers to the conservative use of water resources through water-saving technologies to reduce consumption.
