**Debt coverage ratio**

> Measure of the cash flow available to pay current debt obligations.

**Interest rate**

> Annual percentage of the outstanding loan the borrower pay to the lender as the cost of borrowing.

**Loan proceeds**

> Net amount distributed by a lender to the borrower under the terms of the loan agreement.

**LTV ratio**

> Expresses the ratio of a loan value to the value of the property.
